Counselling

The school has a full time counsellor and psychologist who is available to students and parents for therapy on a one-to-one basis. The school also arranges group counselling sessions to boost the esteem, morale and confidence of the child.

Medical facilities

The school has excellent medical facilities. A round-the-clock nurse provides first-aid and medical care in the school infirmary. For special needs, and in case of accidents or other emergencies, the school calls on Vishudhanand Hospital and Research Institute, a short distance from the campus, where quality medical care is meticulously meted out to students. The school makes necessary arrangements to transport students to the hospital as and when required. A qualified Medical Officer undertakes the physical examination of the entire student body once a year. Medical Reports are sent regularly to parents. When necessary, parents are advised to seek the assistance of a specialist.

Transport facilities

Recognizing the need of the boys and girls living far away from school, Nopany Vidyalaya runs special school buses on a contract basis. Conveyance charges are reasonable and vary in accordance with distance. Full fees are charged for the holiday periods and the use of the bus as a one-way facility.

Pupils will be picked up from and dropped at certain accessible points enroute to school. A responsible person must escort the child at least 10 minutes before time. The bus fee must be paid directly to the school as per rate determined by the school. Should a parent wish to discontinue the use of the bus service the school and bus contractor must be informed in writing at least two months in advance.
